Actually whenever we click EXPORT in the FILE menu it shows 100% completed and then nothing happens(it doesn't ask for any save or open options).

Do the following changes in your Browser. It will export
- Add the application URL to the trusted sites list (From IE, go to Tools > Intranet Options >
Security > Trusted Sites).
- Turn off any pop-up blockers (IE, Google, MSN, AOL, Yahoo, .. etc).
- From Windows Explorer, go to (Tools > Folder Options > File Type), make sure that files with tsv extension opens with Microsoft Office Excel.
- From IE, go to Tools > Intranet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > In the Security Level of this Zone Scroll down to Medium – Low.
- From IE, go to Tools Security Local Intranet Click the Custom Level Button
Scroll down until Downloads – Automatic Prompting for file downloads and enable this.
- Add the application URL to the trusted sites list (From IE, go to Tools > Intranet Options >
Security > Trusted Sites).
- Turn off any pop-up blockers (IE, Google, MSN, AOL, Yahoo, .. etc).
- From Windows Explorer, go to (Tools > Folder Options > File Type), make sure that files with tsv extension opens with Microsoft Office Excel.
